Consolidated Stipend Scheme for the Welfare of Scheduled Caste Students
Government College Satnali ensures the welfare of Scheduled Caste (SC) students by implementing scholarship schemes introduced by the Government of Haryana. Presently, two major schemes are operational in the college:

Consolidated Stipend Scheme
 - 
Free Books Scheme
 
Details of the Schemes
- 
Under the Consolidated Stipend Scheme, each eligible SC student receives a stipend of ₹1000 per month for 12 months through electronic transfer.
 - 
Students availing hostel facilities are entitled to an additional ₹500 per month for 12 months.
 - 
Under the Free Books Scheme, an amount of ₹2000 per annum is provided for the purchase of books.
 - 
During the academic session 2020–21, a total of 272 SC students of the college were registered under these schemes.
 - 
The stipend is disbursed only to those students who maintain a minimum of 60% attendance. This condition has been introduced to encourage regularity in classes.
 
Eligibility Conditions for SC Students
Students belonging to the Scheduled Caste category must furnish the following documents at the time of application:
- 
Photocopy of SC Certificate.
 - 
Photocopy of Haryana Domicile Certificate.
 - 
Photocopy of the previous examination passed on the basis of which admission is sought.
 - 
Proof of bank account linked with Aadhaar.
 - 
Attendance proof.
 - 
Parivar Pehchan Patra (PPP).
 - 
Students who failed in the previous year’s university examination are not eligible.

LINK - Backward Class
Scholarship
Post-Matric Scholarship Scheme for Backward Class Students
At Government College Satnali, the Post-Matric Scholarship Scheme is implemented for students belonging to Backward Classes. This scheme, instituted by the Government of India, aims to promote higher education among students of Haryana domicile belonging to the Backward Class category.
Under this scheme:
- 
Eligible students receive a stipend and reimbursement of tuition and examination fees.
 - 
The benefit is extended to students whose parent’s/guardian’s annual income from all sources does not exceed ₹1,50,000.
 - 
A maintenance allowance of ₹210 per month is provided for 10 months to fresh students (first-year) and for 12 months to renewal students (second and third year).
 
During the academic session 2020–21, a total of 50 students from Government College Satnali were registered under this scheme.

Centralized Scholarship Portal
To streamline the process, the Department of Higher Education, Haryana has developed a centralized online platform, “Har-Chhatravratti”,
 which provides an end-to-end solution for scholarship applications,
