Training and Development of Staff

As per the policy of the Department of Higher Education, Haryana, Panchkula, both teaching employees of Government College Satnali undergo various training programmes throughout the year to enhance their professional skills and efficiency.

• The teaching staff regularly attend Faculty Development Programmes (FDPs), Orientation Programmes, Refresher Courses, and Short-Term Courses. In addition, they participate in training sessions related to NSS, Admissions, HRMS, PFMS, MOOCs, and other academic and administrative domains.

These initiatives aim to foster continuous learning, upgrade knowledge, and improve the overall quality of teaching, learning, and administration in the college.
